J Thomas Maultsby Appointed to Dayton Development Coalition board of trustees
Brother J. Thomas Maultsby is a native of Washington DC and a graduate of Wilberforce University. Tom also earned a Masters Degree in Community Planning with a collateral field of study in Organizational Development at the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to joining United Way of the Greater Dayton area as interim President and CEO, Tom served as Group Leader of Group One Development, LLC which is a diversified professional consulting and training firm based here in Dayton. Throughout his professional career, Tom has worked with nonprofits, educational institutions, and for profit companies in the area of management and leadership development.
