Dayton Kappa Elected President of AACF
At their most recent bimonthly meeting, the African American Community Fund of Dayton, a component fund of The Dayton Foundation, elected Calvin D. Heard as its newest President. Heard was appointed to the Fund in 2009. Before starting his term as President, he served as Vice President for two years.
The African American Community Fund was established in 1992 by John Moore, Sr. and Lloyd D. Lewis, Jr., a Kappa and charter member of the Dayton Alumni Chapter.
